Batavia Enterprises offers a variety of career opportunities. As a locally owned property management firm, our goal is to employ associates that are self motivated, organized and are willing to accept responsibilities in their field. Customer service and the ability to communicate are the qualities that we need.
Property Managers:
Our Property Managers are responsible for a variety of properties within the Fox Valley. Customer service, marketing and asset enhancement are just a few of the diverse responsibilities that come with site management. Managers are responsible for maintaining their facilities and keeping them safe, well maintained and profitable.
Accounting:
Accounting positions, both in accounting management and accounts payable and receivable, are offered. Internal financial reports are prepared monthly by in-house staff. Outside accounting services are also used for year-end tax filings and major projects.
Administrative:
First impressions are extremely important. Each Administrative position incorporates a wide range of challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities. Phone answering, customer service and excellent computer skills are required. These positions are critical and foster the important communication skills that the company requires for both internal communications, as well as keeping our customers informed and responding to their needs.
